Who we are

Decision Certainty.

We are Acumentis, Australia’s only independent property valuation and advisory services firm listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.

We are the merging of three of Australia’s premier property valuation and advisory firms - LMW, Taylor Byrne and MVS National.

In June of 2017, LMW (formerly Landmark White and LMW Hegney) acquired MVS National, further extending their property valuation services in NSW, and in October of 2018, LMW acquired Queensland based Taylor Byrne, greatly extending their services and expertise in rural and regional areas around Australia. We provide services across Australia across all property classes.

The consolidation of these businesses has not only made the business bigger, it has also made it better: new people, new ideas, expanded services and expertise with more than 300 expert team members in over 40 regional and metropolitan locations across Australia.

As Acumentis, our focus has not changed.

We remain committed to delivering the highest quality independent service our clients have come to expect. We are still on the cutting edge of market research, and over the past year, Acumentis has invested significantly in our valuation management and IT systems to provide a first class and secure platforms, achieving ISO 27001 certification in October 2019.

Whether our clients are lenders, investors, or property owners, Acumentis aims to be their essential partner when it comes to providing expert advice and valuation services, so that our clients can make their decisions with certainty.
