We have worked with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) to create a structured training approach around the APC training process. This sees our graduates develop their skills in accordance with RICS APC guidelines.
Outside of training programs, graduates with Acumentis are provided with on the job training that help them upskill and add to their existing set of Core Competencies. We provide them with the tools to succeed, including a training manual that outlines the Mandatory, Core, and Optional Competencies graduates must complete. With the help and guidance of a mentor, graduates will complete these competencies and gain valuable skills in the process.
Upon completion, graduates will have attained valuable work experience, mentoring, and skills. Furthermore, they will be RICS members, which will help them to receive their qualifications
