Nathan is the National Director of Advisory, State Government & Projects and State Director – WA. In addition to overseeing all Acumentis operations for Western Australia, Nathan is responsible at a national level for the ongoing growth of the company’s specialist Advisory division, managing the portfolio and tendering of State based Government work and undertaking unique project work in the development of new services.
He has a strong passion to expand on the range of property services on offer within the business and is a key driver of diversification in refining services such as buyers agency, tax depreciation, insurance valuations and more recently property drug-screen inspections. As an integral leader in business development, Nathan’s key focus is to promote the profile and continue to build the client base of Acumentis.
As a longstanding company member since 1993, Nathan originally commenced with state-based valuation firm ‘Hegney Property Valuations’ and was appointed to establish the Commercial valuation division within Western Australia which resulted in him becoming a commercial property specialist. He took a lead role in the development of the company’s IT solutions with a focus on streamlining all operational processes and following his appointment as Managing Director, Nathan went on to become the company’s State CEO. This multi-faceted role has provided him the opportunity to manage and mentor staff at all levels, focus on risk management, strategic business planning and maximising future company growth opportunities.
Over a period of years, and with an intimate understanding of the business, Nathan played a lead role in consolidating a series of company mergers to ensure a strong national presence as a leading property valuation and advisory service provider.

Nathan is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI).
Fellow Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) – undertaking Member responsibilities to increase the professional profile of RICS within the valuation industry.
