Richard is a longstanding company member joining Acumentis (then Hegney Property Valuations) in 2001. He is the State Director – Rural and Agribusiness Western Australia.
As a senior valuer, Richard’s area of expertise is the rural and agribusiness market, specifically agribusiness enterprises but also regional commercial property, across the South West, Great Southern and Eastern Wheatbelt regions of Western Australia.
A licenced land valuer since 1993, Richard has provided valuation and advisory services for several specialities, including broadacre grain, sheep and beef cattle and specialised agribusiness property such as viticulture, horticulture, orchards, dairy and timber plantations.
