We are pleased to announce that Acumentis Group Limited (ASX: ACU) will acquire 100% of the South Australian franchisee Acumentis (SA) Pty Ltd, effective 1 February 2022.
This acquisition is an additional positive step in our overall strategy to operate as “ONE TEAM” and provide a single national business.
We have been enjoying greater back-end efficiencies as a group since the full acquisition of the Western Australian business in July 2021. The acquisition of Acumentis SA will further enhance these efficiencies and will in turn benefit our loyal clients.
A single, national business, offering unified services to the whole of Australia will improve client experience and enhance our capacity to deliver the high quality, consistent service we are renowned for nationwide.
Acumentis SA has been an integrated operation within Acumentis since 2011, sharing valuation, IT, marketing and management systems. So, aside from a seamless back-end integration there will be limited change in our day-to-day operations, it’s business as usual.
The acquisition allows for the expansion of Acumentis’ service coverage within South Australia providing the opportunity to offer advisory, commercial and agri-business activities, that are currently not widely being deployed in SA.
It also enables the business to progress the establishment of additional offices in SA and expand into the NT. Exciting opportunities await.
