Alexandra (Ali) joined Acumentis (then Taylor Byrne) in 2014 and has been a Senior Valuer since 2019. She undertakes commercial, industrial, rural and residential valuations.
A registered Property Valuer since 2012, Ali has broad experience in conventional and specialised property valuations. Her specialties are in finance and insurance valuations, rental valuations, asset valuations for local government, valuations for taxation purposes, site value management and going concern valuations. Ali is regularly called upon to provide valuation and advisory services for financial institutions, Family Law Court and government authorities, as well as her work with the general public.
Ali has been a tutor of Statutory Valuations at the University of Queensland. This subject primarily focuses on the precedent and legislation (Acquisition of Land Act 1967) relevant to compensation for compulsory acquisition of land in Queensland.
