Codie has experience in the valuation of specialised commercial assets throughout regional and metropolitan NSW including child care centres, service stations, motels and boarding houses, for all interests including lessor’s interest, lessee’s interest and freehold going concern. In addition to having extensive experience in the valuation of residential and rural/lifestyle properties, Codie has knowledge of undertaking determinations of compensation for the NSW Valuer General in accordance with the Land Acquisitions (Just Terms Compensation) Act.

Codie joins the Acumentis Newcastle Team and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise of the local market having lived in the area for a number of years.
