Joe Stansfield joined Acumentis in March 2021 as the Tasmanian Regional Director, following the acquisition of Saunders & Pitt. Saunders & Pitt were a long-standing independent valuation firm dating back to 1905, with Joe having been a partner in the business since mid-2014.

In his role as Regional Director, Joe oversees all aspects of the Acumentis team in Tasmania and provides advice to a range of clients across all asset classes including commercial, industrial, residential (including development) and agricultural.

Joe Stansfield has a strong grounding in the property industry having been involved heavily in the Australian Property Institute (API) since obtaining AAPI CPV in 2010. Joe has been a member of the Standards Committee at a National Level since 2010, Chair of the Committee 2017-2020 and held a 2-year term on the National Board between 2016-18. Joe remains active in the API at a State Level and is the current Chair of the Tasmanian State Committee and a member of the Standards Steering Committee.

Joe is located in the Acumentis Launceston office, he services the entire state and holds specialist knowledge in the King Island region.
