Kate commenced work as a Valuer in 2008, before joining Acumentis in 2017. She is the Associate Director in the Commercial Valuations team in Perth.
Kate has extensive experience providing valuation services for residential, commercial and industrial properties. In particular, she has focussed on specialised asset areas, and has had extensive experience in providing compensation, easement and leasehold valuations.
Kate’s role extends to include retail, commercial, englobo subdivision, development feasibility and industrial property valuations. Kate has provided valuations for various government agencies and local councils continuously throughout her career.
