Lara commenced her valuation career in 2010 starting with PRP Valuers in the Gold Coast as Cadet Valuer. In 2012 Lara continued her cadetship with Acumentis (then Taylor Byrne) and gained AAPI status in 2017.

Lara has valued most types of residential properties including vacant land, houses, duplexes, multi-unit dwellings and units and has assisted and contributed to a broad spectrum of valuations including rural, commercial and industrial property types.

Valuations have been undertaken for mortgage security purposes, family law, taxation, asset valuations and rental assessments.

Lara has gained experience, over the past ten years in the Bundaberg region and surrounds, servicing all areas throughout the Wide Bay and Fraser Coast.

Lara is a Bundy girl through and through, having grown up over North, Lara now resides at Innes Park.
