Merv became a Director of Acumentis after the merger of Cosgraves Property Advisers in September 2015. Merv has a broad knowledge and extensive experience in the provision of valuation services to the Government sector at Local, State and Commonwealth levels, and has also provided valuations of all types of properties to the banking sector and other clients.
Merv has undertaken valuations of varied types of real estate including residential, rural (including water assets), commercial, industrial and specialist primary production properties.
Merv has provided viability assessments of primary production enterprises and broad range of businesses including those involved in retail, manufacturing, tourism and service industries; valuation of water assets in NSW and Victoria.
