Nick is a Senior Valuer at Acumentis Norther Rivers (Lismore, Ballina, Byron Bay) and has undertaken residential valuations for mortgage security purposes, stamp duty, taxation, family law and estate matters. Valuation of Residential properties including:
- Single unit dwellings
- Strata Units
- Dwellings/units to be erected/progress inspections
- Prestige houses, units, townhouses and lifestyle properties
Nick has an extensive and thorough working knowledge of the Northern NSW and South East Queensland property markets. Nick has worked for a number of the leading property businesses in the country including Permanent Trustee, Gandel Retail Management, TransGrid, Spotless and Knight Frank Property.
