Tito Lando joined Acumentis (then Taylor Byrne) in 2003 as an Assistant Valuer and was registered in 2009. Having relocated to Townsville, Tito holds the position of Director - Advisory, State Government and Projects.
Tito is experienced in valuations across commercial, industrial and residential properties throughout Queensland. He also holds vast experience in rural valuation for pastoral, cultivation and other specialist rural properties including sugar cane. banana and grazing properties. Tito has prepared valuations for mortgage security, family law, litigation and acquisition purposes.
Tito leads the Acumentis Projects Division, specialising in the valuation of properties for acquisition and compensation purposes. He has undertaken valuations and compensation assessments for electricity transmission line, gas pipeline and rail corridor purposes, and has experience in acquisition for properties for government projects. Tito has been involved in numerous mediation conferences and has provided evidence in the Land Court of Queensland.
