Tom leads the Newcastle Acumentis Team with his dual role as Director – Regional Residential Operations NSW and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in a variety of valuation classes.
Tom started his career in property valuation as a graduate valuer in 2013. Having previously worked in Canberra, Tamworth and ending in Newcastle, over this decade Tom has gained extensive knowledge in valuations of all aspects including Residential, Commercial and Rural.
In 2021 Tom joined the Acumentis Newcastle team as Regional Director. Tom has experience across a broad range of valuation services including litigation work, private work and all aspects of mortgage security work. While specialising in residential valuations with a focus on litigation, Tom has years of experience within commercial valuations covering private and mortgage security work for retail, office and industrial.
