Wayne commenced his commercial valuation experience in 2013 and joined Acumentis (previously LandMark White) as a certified practising valuer in 2015.
Wayne is a passionate, friendly and consistent property professional with a primary focus on industrial, commercial and retail property as well as multi-unit developments and land subdivision projects.
In 2019, Wayne was promoted to Senior Valuer, and in 2020 became an Associate Director. His geographical focus is primarily the Sunshine Coast, however from time to time services the Moreton Bay, Somerset, Gympie, Wide Bay and Fraser Coast regions when required.
Wayne is trusted by major financial institutions, all levels of government, developers, professional firms, homeowners and investors to deliver property specific valuations and advice. He is well known on the Sunshine Coast holding key relationships in various property, finance and government networks. Wayne provides regular market updates and presentations to various commercial business bankers, brokers, professional firms and prides himself on the quality of his reports and the advice he delivers to his clients, in an efficient manner.
