This includes Acumentis assessing the asking price, identifying the point of negotiation, overall suburb profile, zoning and proposed developments. We also provide a detailed analysis of the surrounding area and identify any changes that are forecast for that locale and the potential affect these may have on the property’s future value.
We will skilfully negotiate the purchase and contract on your behalf for a selected property, at a fair and reasonable price.
