Justine has worked with Acumentis (then Taylor Byrne) since 2016 as an Assistant Valuer, achieving Certified Practising Valuer in 2018. Her speciality is valuation and consulting assignments within the tourism sector which include hotels, motels and caravan parks.
Justine’s experience in the tourism sector as an Assistant Valuer and Certified Practising Valuer includes provision of market rental and market value assessments for leaseholds, freeholds and going concerns as well as continual analysis of tourism businesses, leases, sales and legislation along with liaison with business managers, brokers, local governments and valuers.
