Leon Sleiters - Residential Property Valuer, moved from a background in architecture and joined Acumentis Hobart (then Saunders & Pitt) as a Cadet Property Valuer in 2015.
As a residential property valuer, Leon undertakes the valuation of residential property, both existing and to be constructed and has assisted in the valuation of various other property types including office, industrial, rural and retail.
The valuation work has been undertaken for the purposes of mortgage security, pre sale and pre purchase, insurance replacement and to determine market value.
