Members of the Toowoomba and Surat Basin Enterprise (TSBE) and the Australian Property Institute (API), Acumentis Toowoomba is headed by Branch Manager Andrew Innes who joined Acumentis (then Taylor Byrne) in 2007. A Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) with over 30 years’ experience within the region, Andrew brings a lifetime of industry knowledge in rural and agribusiness. Andrew also has specialist knowledge within the irrigation, water and farming industries and is regularly called upon as an expert advisor in corporate agribusiness regarding the intensive industries of poultry, pigs, and feedlots. He specialises in corporate and institutional level financial reporting, and development feasibility in Southern Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria’s irrigation markets.

Priding themselves on their local knowledge, Andrew is supported by a team of valuers and support staff, many of whom were born and raised in the region and hold a deep respect and understanding for the area. The team comprises residential specialists with over 30 years combined experience in residential valuing, rural valuers with over 30 years’ experience, and commercial experts with over 40 years combined experience in commercial property valuation.
